Returns and refunds

Custom & Personalized Items


Items that are personalized, custom designed, or made specifically for your order cannot be returned or refunded.




Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:





  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging






Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.




Order Changes or Cancellations


Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.




Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.




Refund Processing


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
